Welcome to Kijima Method ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, digital content, mentoring sessions, training tools, and related services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Services.

Kijima Method is a mentorship and personal development program tailored primarily for soccer players and athletes. The Services provided are for educational and developmental purposes only. They are not intended to replace licensed medical, psychological, therapeutic, or fitness advice. You participate at your own discretion and risk.

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian if under 18. We reserve the right to verify age and parental consent when necessary. The parent or guardian who books and authorizes services for a minor accepts full responsibility for the minor’s engagement with the Services.

All pricing must be paid in full prior to delivery of Services. Payments are securely processed via third-party platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, or Acuity Scheduling. We do not store or manage payment details directly. Prices are subject to change at our discretion. Promotional pricing, discount codes, and packages may be offered for limited time frames and cannot be retroactively applied.

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered only at our sole discretion. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session and payment.

Clients are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, focus, and respect. We reserve the right to terminate Services for disruptive or disrespectful behavior, repeated no-shows, or misuse of the platform. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

All videos, session content, worksheets, materials, and proprietary frameworks delivered by Kijima Method are our intellectual property and protected under copyright law. Clients may not reproduce, share, publish, sell, or repurpose any materials without express written permission. Unauthorized use of materials may result in legal action.

We make no representations or guarantees regarding athletic performance, skill improvement, recruitment outcomes, or personal development milestones. All results vary based on the individual's effort, application, and circumstances. The Services are advisory in nature. You are solely responsible for your actions and results.

Kijima Method, its owner(s), contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Kijima Method from all liability. This includes any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

We respect your privacy and protect personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. However, we cannot guarantee complete security in digital communications and platforms. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of any updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Virginia, under the exclusive jurisdiction of that state.
