Number & Alphabet Number Grid

How to Use:

• Print the grids and keep them flat on a table, wall, or clipboard.

• Number Grid: find numbers in order (1 → 25) as fast as possible.

• Alphabet Grid: find letters in order (A → Z).

• Say each number/letter out loud as you touch or point to it.

• Push your speed every round — aim for a new personal best.

• Add chaos variations:

  • set a timer

  • have someone distract you verbally

  • do it after light physical movement (jumping jacks, quick feet)

  • switch between number and alphabet grids mid-drill

This drill trains focus, scanning speed, attention switching, and staying composed under mental pressure — exactly what you need on the pitch.
