  1. Roll the ball with one foot in an L Shape.

This exercise is your space to create. Don’t worry about being perfect — focus on exploring how the ball moves with you. Go fast, go slow, lose control, regain it, try something new, mess up, smile, keep going. Every “mistake” is actually part of your development.

Use this session to build rhythm, loosen up, and express your own dribbling style. Try different touches, angles, speeds, turns, and movements. Think outside the box, break your usual patterns, and allow yourself to experiment. The more you try, the more you grow.

Stay relaxed, breathe, and stay curious with the ball.
